Business.gov has added a new small business blog called The Industry Word.
It features some of my favorite small business analysts and experts including Anita Campbell, Tim Berry, Craig Colgan, Dawn Rivers Baker, Joel Libava, Rieva Lesonsky, Roger Green, Steven Roll, Barbara Weltman and Tonya Wilson.
There is also a community section and a section called Small Business Matters, which provides useful information on a broad range of small and home business issues. The most recent article is on how to to turn a culinary hobby into a small, home-based business.
Business.gov has evolved into a very useful information source on owning and operating a small business. I particularly like its "nuts and blots, how to" focus on the day to day tasks associated with starting and running small, micro and home-based small businesses.
I was already a regular reader of Business.gov and have added The Industry Word to my daily reading list.
