The Longevity Economy is the term the AARP uses to describe the huge economic impact - and numerous business opportunities - presented by the 100 million aging U.S. baby boomers and seniors.
One of the groups tracking the Longevity Economy, and other issues related to aging boomers and seniors, is the MetLife Mature Market Institute (MMI).
We were introduced to the MMI at the Boomer Summit. Since then we've been able to review a number of their studies and their work is first class. It's also FREE.
Their newsletter on trends related to the mature market is quite good.
This month's issue is on multi-generational housing, a trend we also track.
So if you're interested baby boomers or seniors, head over to the MMI.
And yes, I like having a picture of Snoopy on my blog.
