What can I say? I'm a glass half full kinda guy.

Also, for a cultural and societal shift of this magnitude a lot has happened in a relatively short period of time.

You’re even more of a Pollyanna than I am! We have come a long way but that 2.8% CEO number? And 7.6% of top earners? And only 16% of board seats from a group that makes up 47% of the work force? I think we should have come a lot further especially since women make up more than 50 percent of college graduates. There’re a lot of theories about why women are still knocking on the door of the C-suite but whatever the reasons, we shouldn’t be complacent. There’s work to be done!
