Dogs are pretty common at cafes with outdoor seating, but you rarely see cats.
This may change now that Purina has opened the first cat cafe in New York City.
It serves complimentary "cat'achinos" (their bad pun, not mine).
According to an article in the Atlantic, this is just the first of many cat cafes coming to cities across the country. I can hardly wait (I'm a dog person).
And for those times when you're not hanging with your cat at a coffee shop, you can share your workspace with your tabby. CNET reports that the Catable work table:
"features tunnels and cavities for your cat to explore, keeping it distracted while you enjoy some kitty-free typing time."
Pet humanization continues to grow in popularity and create more small business opportunities.
